Take time on the Sabbath to discuss the importance of emergency preparedness with family & neighbors. Establish a 3 month supply of water and food and rotate it. Actively participate in all emergency response drills. Maintain a "red file" for your most important documents. Live righteously, practice the welfare principle of self-reliance and build a three to six month financial reserve.

San Diego Free Ham Radio Classes

The next free Ham radio entry-level "Technician Class" session will be on Saturday, August 25, in Escondido, CA 

If you would like to be added to the roster, please send  an email or private FB note  with your "FRN" number.

You can obtain a "free" FCC FRN number at http://wireless.fcc.gov/uls

Times: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM for class, 5pm to 7pm for exam.
(This includes hourly breaks and a 45 minute lunch.)

Costs: The class is free; however, the license exam at the end of the 
day costs $15 (cash)

Age limitNone (contact us for pre-teen consideration)

This is an entry-level class for beginners, and no previous knowledge 
about radio or electricity is necessary to take the class or pass the 
exam. Those who RSVP will be given study materials to review before 
the day of the class.


We teach FREE one-day Amateur Radio (Ham Radio) classes in San Diego County (California). 
At the end of the day, students take an FCC radio license exam. 
Students who pass the exam earn a Ham Radio license & callsign.
